I’m known as Mardem
I’m from Puebla, Mexico
I’m currently in my last year at BUAP, pursuing a degree in civil engineering.
This is my first year on staff at Falling Creek
I’ll be part of the culinary team

If I had my own late night talk show, my first guest would be Sofia Coppola because she became one of my favorite directors. She’s always giving a feminine energy to the cinema, and she makes me feel empowered and free to be artistic.
My favorite holiday is Halloween because I can dress up as a fictional woman with another personality.
If I could live anywhere in the world for a year, I would choose Hawaii. Since I was a child I have been a hula and Ori Tahiti dancer, and I was so involved in the Polynesian culture. I grew up being called by the sea.
This summer I’m looking forward to improving my work skills, being more confident, and being able to talk without being shy. I really hope to make new friends and do a lot of new activities in the outdoors.
