Everett Norton

My name is Everett Norton
I’m from Charlotte, NC
I’m currently a freshman at Clemson University studying Mechanical Engineering. My predicted graduation date is in the spring of 2027.
I was a camper for 5 years (’14-’18)
This is my first year on staff
I’ll be teaching cross country and sailing
Early bird or night owl? I’d like to say that I’m more of an early bird. Staying up into the early hours of the morning isn’t very productive for me, so I prefer to try and get some sleep in so that I can be ready to go for the following morning and day ahead.
If I could live anywhere in the world for a year, I think that I’d like to live somewhere in Australia if I had the choice. Living along the coastal regions with the people of Australia would be an incredible experience due to their diverse environment and culture. I’m hoping to study abroad there in the coming years!
My favorite way to get some exercise is to go for a run, swim, or bike. I ran and swam during my four years of high school, so cardio is definitely my favorite way to get active.
With this summer being my first year as a camp counselor, I’m just super excited to reconnect with the Falling Creek community and continue the incredible camp experience that I had as a camper at Falling Creek with everyone around me.
