Yates visited Julie and Noah Fleischmann's home in Cincinnati, OH on October 8 to show the Falling Creek movies. Their sons Matt and Eric both attend FCC. Chalky Thomas and Chip Skidmore join Noah as Falling Creek alumni and dads of boys who are FCC campers.

Yates next visited the Layman's home in Raleigh, NC on October 9 and was pleased to see a number of current FCC campers and meet new families interested in Falling Creek. Dr. Majors, an FCC doctor for the summer for five years, came by to say hello. He and his wife Helen will be coming back in 2009 for staff Orientation week, the first week of June camp and Junior camp. Joe Baden, who was a founding camper at FCC, and whose sons both attended, came by after work to offer his support.

Yates was greeted by a large group of families at the Washington, DC area movie show hosted by Maureen and David Freshour. Maureen is Marisa Pharr's sister and their boys, Max and Isaac, are both FCC campers.
