About Junior Camp

Junior Camp is a six-day camp session that is designed for younger boys, grades 1 - 4, and is perfect for first-time campers.

The principle difference between Junior Camp and one of the longer camp sessions is that Junior Campers are guided to 12 pre-selected activities with their cabin group by a counselor, rather than getting to select their daily schedule.

On the fifth day, campers choose four activities they want to do for the day.

The group structure and schedule allows campers with little or no camp experience to have a successful and fun introduction to summer camp.

Out-of-camp trips and adventure activities are not offered in Junior Camp.

The daily schedule includes Falling Creek traditions like morning watch, morning assembly, freetimes, rest hour, milk & cookies and evening programs. Cabins also hike to one of our on-property overnight camping spots and get to camp out under the stars.

The final evening of camp is concluded with a traditional campfire.
