Camp fees are payable $500.00 with the application, 1/2 of the remaining balance by February 1st, and the remainder by April 30th.
2008 Registration and Wait List Policy
Enrollment is limited to 238 boys in the June, Main, and August sessions and 105 in Junior camp. Early registration is advisable as all sessions reach capacity quickly. Priority is given to returning Falling Creek campers and their brothers; next we accept those who had been placed on the previous year’s waiting list; and remaining spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis. If we receive your application after we have reached capacity, you will be notified that your name has been placed on our waiting list. For up to date session availability, please call our camp office at 828/692-0262. We anticipate cancellations each year, so we will be able to enroll some boys from our waiting lists. Since waiting list boys receive priority acceptance the following year, we advise you to place your application on our waiting list even if chances for acceptance seem slim. If a space does not become available, your deposit will be fully refunded.
Cancellation Policy
If a cancellation is necessary, payments, less a $100 adminsitrative fee, are refundable if written notice is received prior to February 1. The $500 deposit is non-refundable for cancellations after February 1. No refund will be made for cancellations after June 1. Applications are accepted for a full term only. No refund will be made for late entrance or early withdrawl, except when caused by serious illness; in this case, the loss will be shared equally by the parent and the camp. The directors reserve the right to dismiss any camper who violates the camp rules or is judged detrimental to the general welfare of the camp. No refund will be made in case of dismissal.
