Christmas Tree Hunting Time

The Pharr family enjoyed going out on their annual Christmas Tree hunt together. This year, they found one of their most favorite yet, and it was very near camp. A local Green River family opens up their Christmas tree field on what appears to be just on the weekends. They are located on Green River Rd., off of Exit 3 on Hwy. 25, as if you are driving to the Falling Creek Camp entrance. It’s about a half mile up on your right after you get off Hwy. 25.

They are beautiful trees and they say “$25 for any tree you find, no matter the height”. Wow! They also tied it to the top of the car. We can’t help but smile since they are so kind, and they are one of our wonderful Green River neighbors. If you are still hunting for a tree, or if you want to make a family adventure, we highly recommend you pay them a visit. Merry Christmas!
